Nancy Labombard, founder of Naturally Nourished, is a certified aromatherapy health professional and aroma massage practitioner dedicated to helping women reconnect with their authentic selves. Through her aromatic massage sessions, private consultations, and nurturing workshops, she creates spaces for reflection, renewal, and self-discovery.

Nancy will lead a self-guided workshop, where participants explore aromatherapy to create their own signature scent. This mindful, heart-centered experience supports intention-setting, self-reflection, and a deeper connection to your body, mind, and spirit — leaving you with a personal aroma to carry the essence of your next chapter.
 

Maria is a registered social worker and founder of PASSAGES – Pathway to Healing in Windsor, Ontario. With over 40 years of experience. She supports individuals and couples through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. She is the host of Real Talk on AM800 iHeartRadio, where she brings mental health conversations to the community.

Maria will explore two key tools for healthier relationships and personal growth: setting boundaries and using empowering language. Participants will learn how to create clear, respectful boundaries that protect their well-being, and how language can either build confidence or unintentionally undermine it. Through practical examples and strategies, she guides attendees to shift from disempowering words and patterns to communication that fosters strength, respect, and connection.

Anna believes that food is one of the most powerful ways we can nurture and reconnect with ourselves. In her introductory class, Build a Meal. Build a Better Body. She’ll guide you through what healthful eating truly looks like, showing you how to simplify time in the kitchen while maximizing nutrition. With a focus on intuitive choices, Anna empowers you to eat in a way that feels nourishing, supportive, and aligned with your authentic self.

Experience a 20-minute Reiki session with Catharine, an empath and intuitive healer. Catharine’s own experiences with trauma led her to create Believe and Renew. Certified in Reiki, Reflexology, Access Consciousness Bars, Hot Rock Reiki, and CCMBA/CCSMC, she blends her training with studies in Shamanism to guide others on their healing journeys. Passionate about holistic living, she incorporates plant medicine, earthing, and forest bathing to help restore balance to the body, mind, and soul. 

With decades of experience as a corporate coach, public speaker, and facilitator, Lisa combines her professional expertise with a deep commitment to mindfulness. Since beginning her mindfulness journey in 2016, she has guided others in cultivating balance and resilience through mindful movement, meditation, restorative yoga, and personalized coaching.
Lisa will gently guide participants into moments of presence and reflection throughout the retreat. She begins the day with a mindful arrival, offering space to pause, ground, and set a calm, intentional tone. Later, she introduces walking meditation in a way that feels accessible, leaving participants centered and refreshed. To close, Lisa leads gentle mindful movement and meditation, flowing into reflective journaling that supports integration, insight, and a sense of clarity to carry forward beyond the retreat.
